Lots of paperwork is in the works currently and there's still escrow, title, etc. to go through, but it looks like it's ours!
It's in San Carlos on Mewall street and has 5 bedrooms and 2,133 square feet!
We're so excited :-)
Escrow is scheduled to close on 9/30, but we're told that can shift... more updates to come!
